Technical Support Engineer
Position: Technical Support Engineer (Two positions available)
Hours: Full-time
Location: France
JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Support Engineer provides support and knowledge to internal departments and end-user customers on VERICUT products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to end-user customers, sales engineers, and marketing partners
- Instruct VERICUT training classes
- Travel to and conduct on-site training and consulting at customer sites
- Assist end-users in maximizing benefits and implementation of VERICUT software
- Log and track software change requests
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Team-player
- Enjoys traveling
- Practical working experience in NC programming
- CAD/CAM experience and knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
In addition to the above, the following qualifications are desirable but not required:

Recent experience with VERICUT

Practical working CAD/CAM experience with emphasis on CAM expertise in CATIA, NX, and/or Pro/Engineer

Knowledge of and experience with UNIX

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
