VERICUT unter Windows XP64 benötigt eine Installation von Windows C++ Run-Time libraries. Ein Administrativer User muss diese Installation durchführen. Der Run-Time library Installer ist auf der VERICUT CD und in der downloadbaren Zip Datei der VERICUT Installation enthalten. Der Installer Dateiname ist vcredist_x64.exe. VERICUT is tested with the minimum JRE versions described above. Later JRE versions should work, but for practical reasons not all JRE versions can be tested on all platforms.

The NC programmers at Ingersoll also rely on the simulation software to prevent mistakes when programming complex, five-axis parts.
