Um Dateien vom CGTech FTP-Server herunterzuladen, benötigen Sie den Dateinamen oder den vollständigen Pfad, um auf die entsprechende Datei zuzugreifen.

Hinweis für Benutzer von Internet Explorer Version 7: Sie müssen die FTP-Seite über eine Ordneransicht anstatt eine Browseransicht aufrufen. In der Browser-Ansicht versucht Internet Explorer 7, alle Dateien zu öffnen, die Sie mit der Maus hineinziehen, anstatt sie zu laden. Verwenden Sie stattdessen den „Arbeitsplatz“ oder den Windows Explorer, um auf die FTP-Seite zuzugreifen.

Einführung:

Der CGTech FTP (File Transfer Protocol)-Server ist ein Ort zum Austausch von Dateien für Mitarbeiter, Wiederverkäufer und Interessenten. Der Zugriff auf diese Seite erfolgt durch Computer, die FTP-Client-Programme ausführen (siehe FTP-Terminologie). Es handelt sich um einen zentralen Speicherort, dessen Zugriff über Anmeldenamen und Kennwörter gesteuert wird.

Betrieb des Servers und Zugriff auf den FTP-Server können ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden.

 
FTP Terminologie:
 

FTP Server

Ein Computer, auf dem ein bestimmtes Programm ausgeführt wird, das Benutzern ermöglicht,
sich mit dem Computer über das Internet zu verbinden, um Dateien von und zu dem Festplattenspeicher
des Computers zu übertragen.
 
 
FTP Client 
Ein Benutzer an einem Computer, auf dem ein bestimmtes Programm (als FTP-Client-Programm bezeichnet)
ausgeführt wird, das mit einem FTP-Server über das Internet verbunden ist und Dateien von und zu
dem Festplattenspeicher des FTP-Server überträgt.
 
Ein FTP-Client-Programm ist ein dediziertes GUI-Programm (GUI = grafische Benutzeroberfläche)
für den Zugriff auf FTP-Server.
 
 Adresse der FTP-Seite (oder URL) 
Der Name oder die Adresse der FTP-Seite, die vom FTP-Client-Programm des Benutzers
benötigt wird, um die FTP-Seite im Internet zu finden, damit die Verbindung hergestellt
und der Dateitransfer ausgeführt werden kann.
 
Die Adressen besitzen normalerweise die Form „ftp.firma.com“, aber sie können auch davon
abweichen, je nachdem, wie die Seite konfiguriert ist.
 
Bei Verwendung eines Internet-Browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox usw.) für den
Zugriff auf eine FTP-Seite hat der URL normalerweise die Form „ftp://ftp.firma.com“.
 
 
FTP Login 
Der dem Benutzer zugewiesene FTP-Anmeldename, der in Verbindung mit dem entsprechenden
FTP-Anmeldekennwort bestimmte Zugriffsrechte an der FTP-Seite ermöglicht.
Der gebräuchlichste FTP-Anmeldename lautet „anonymous“. Dieser Name allgemein von
dem meisten FTP-Servern akzeptiert. Das Kennwort für den Anmeldenamen „anonymous“ ist
die E-Mail-Adresse des Benutzers.
 
 
FTP Passwort
Das erforderliche Kennwort für einen bestimmten FTP-Login, mit dem der Benutzer
bestimmte Zugriffsrechte an der FTP-Seite erhält.

WINZIP 
WINZIP ist ein Komprimierungsdienstprogramm, das auf der PC-Plattform verfügbar ist.
Es komprimiert eine oder mehrere Dateien zu einer einzelnen Datei. Der so entstandenen
komprimierten Datei kann ein Kennwort zugewiesen werden. Wird ein Kennwort
zugewiesen, kann die betreffende Datei nur „entpackt“ werden, wenn der Besitzer der
Datei das Kennwort eingibt. Eine Datei, die mit WINZIP komprimiert wurde, wird als
„zip-Datei“ bezeichnet. Solche Dateien tragen die Erweiterung „.zip“.
 
Mit WINZIP komprimierte Dateien können zu selbst extrahierenden ausführbaren Dateien
umgewandelt werden. Eine selbst extrahierende ausführbare Datei trägt die
Erweiterung „.exe“. Wenn diese Datei ausgeführt wird, entpackt sie sich selbst, wodurch
alle darin enthaltenen komprimierten Dateien extrahiert und in das aktuelle Verzeichnis
gestellt werden. Am Ende der „Extraktion“ ist die komprimierte .exe-Datei noch vorhanden,
und die extrahierten einzelnen Dateien sind zusätzlich erstellt worden.

Um auf die CGTech FTP-Seite zuzugreifen, melden Sie sich wie folgt an:

Verzeichnisaufbau:
 
Die FTP-Seite besteht eigentlich nur aus Festplattenspeicher und einem Kommunikationsprogramm (dem FTP-Server). Das FTP-Serverprogramm wird ständig ausgeführt und wartet auf die Anmeldung von Clients (Benutzer), um Dateien von und zum Festplattenspeicher zu übertragen. Die FTP-Seite von CGTech ist wie folgt aufgebaut:

Dieses Verzeichnis wird benutzt, um Dateien an CGTech zu senden. Der Inhalt dieses Verzeichnisses ist immer ausgeblendet.
Nach dem Laden einer Datei teilen Sie bitte dem zuständigen Mitarbeiter bei CGTech den Namen der Datei mit.

Dieses Verzeichnis ist für die Verteilung von Dateien für die Allgemeinheit gedacht. Der Inhalt dieses Verzeichnisses ist ebenfalls immer ausgeblendet. Die Dateien in diesem Verzeichnis stehen zum Download bereit, da aber der Inhalt ausgeblendet ist, kann eine Datei nur dann heruntergeladen werden, wenn der direkte Pfad der Datei bekannt ist. Auch wenn das Verzeichnis leer zu sein scheint, ist es trotzdem möglich, dass Benutzer Dateien herunterladen können, wenn sie den Namen der gewünschten Datei kennen.

Flying shrapnel from shattered cutting tools and components is avoided by using VERICUT to test student programs before they are run on NC machines.
The NC programmers at Ingersoll also rely on the simulation software to prevent mistakes when programming complex, five-axis parts.
After creating the NC programs in Mastercam, they began simulating the machining process in VERICUT by simulating the G-code data. There often can be a difference between the motion as programmed and the code after it's run through the post processor
After selecting VERICUT for third-party verification, each NC programmer attended two days of basic training where they experienced first-hand the type of results they could expect to achieve.
The program simulates milling, drilling, turning, wire EDM, and mill/turn machining operations using both G-codes and CAM output.
VERICUT provides simulation capabilities for the all the 3-5 axis and wire EDM parts, with focused control over the orientation of our 5-axis machine tool including the cutters used on that machine.
The inspection probe is created as a tool in VERICUT so the complete in- cycle gauging sequence is checked for collisions.
The bottom was machined first. This effort took about 24 hours from start to finish. By using VERICUT software from CGTech, Elliot was able to test the NC program for any problems before it was ever cut on the machine.
